The personal data you have provided will be processed by Welcm for the purposes of providing you and our sms recipients service. The legal basis of the processing is to primarily provide our New Neighbors (sms recipients) frequent motivation via the form of video or audio messages.

Third-party platforms to collect and store information
We use a third-party platform, Videoask, a product arm of its parent company Typeform, to collect and process the information you provide when using our service. By using our service, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information by VideoAsk via Typeform in accordance with their privacy policy, which can be found at https://admin.typeform.com/to/dwk6gt/?typeform-source=www.typeform.com for Typeform and https://admin.typeform.com/to/eWpkapYC for Videoask.
We do not control and are not responsible for the data collection, storage, or use practices of Videoask via parent company Typeform. We recommend that you review their privacy policy to understand how they handle your information.
Additionally, the data you provide us is processed in accordance to the privacy policy of our company. It goes further to mention how we use the data you provide and how you can request access or deletion of your data.

By submitting your recording, you hereby grant Welcm permission to use your likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media in all forms and media and in all manners, including composite or modified representations, for advertising, trade, or any other lawful purposes.
You release and agree to hold harmless Welcm and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, demands, and damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Likeness. You confirm that you are over the age of 18, have read this release, fully understand its contents and sign it voluntarily.
This consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time by providing written notice to contactus@welcm.co. However, any use of the Likeness prior to withdrawal of consent shall not be affected.
Notify someone that we’re using their likeness
If we intend to use your likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media in all forms and media, including composite or modified representations, for advertising, trade, or any other lawful purposes, we will notify you of the use of your likeness will be in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy and any applicable laws and regulations.
